A Ferry overtaking me in open sea from stbd quarter with ROC… I gave 5 short blasts but she’s not taking action… Another PDV crossing from stbd (Follow ROR … Alter to stbd for Crossing Vsl as per rule 15 and for Overtaking Vsl … I said I will do trial manoeuvre and navigate with caution / good seamanship).
That’s all… He asked me how I think I have done… I said I’m confident … and he said Congratulations!!!
