    Nothing on joining, logs, rounds, certs, signing on, PSC, drills, crew handling.
    No MLC, DOC/SMC, ISPS.

    Tell me everything about MGN 515 SPS code in depth. I gave a general understanding of SPS
    code but wasn’t enough.
    Arrangement and procedures manual for backloading drill mud?

    How would you know instantly in the stability book that vessel is stable? (other than looking
    at GM and GZ curves)
    Steering gear, how would you know it’s doing what it’s saying on the helm? (Not just by
    visual change in heading)
    How is safety committee established? For vessel under 500t with no SMS

    Difference in synoptic and analysis… still don’t know what he’s looking for as I believed they
    were the same, just that an analysis is of weather experienced and then prognostic is future.
