    9. Smarty board: CBD Stbd to Port, SV 30deg on Stbd bow, Pilot Boat crossing from Port to stbd.
    10. Rule 6 factors for radar. As I mentioned in the 6th point about instructing my duty officers always check visibility when they take over watch with radar, This led to his next question.

    I thanked him, his reply was don’t thankme. You have given the answers.
    Give reference of M- notice, and Company’s Sms requirement, it helps making the answer more practical.
