As best as i can remember, exam started exactly on time and she went through all the usual briefing and started off.

Safe water mark
South Cardinal mark (vsl moving west)
North cardinal mark (vsl moving north)
Preferred channel to stbd region A (Vsl inbound)

Lights,
Dredging vsl stopped with no side lights
CBD crossing from port
Vsl aground

ROR
Put me on NUC vsl with a PDV crossing on my stbd
Narrow channel, vsl overtaking own vsl (described rule 9 action to permit safe passing), she then told me i would be overtaken from portside what would be the effect on
my ship if i altered towards the bank.
TSS, CBD crossing my port bow, action as per rule 17.

Radar Plotting
1 vsl crossing from port bow the other at my stbd qtr overtaking, she asked me to complete the plot and determine crossing vsl true course

Synoptic charts, asked me to give description of area that had occluded front, wind speed and direction.
How would you prepare for voyage from London to Panama (talked for a bit and then she moved on once i mentioned safe draughts to transit canal)

Vessel grounded, contents of DCP.
How would you load DG cargo.
Water ingress how would i correct stability.
Radar failure, what would be my action.
Mention the compass correctors and what they correct for.
What is the difference between dispensation and condition of class (struggled a bit and went off topic)
New chief cook joining what would i check, later asked me to list all STCW certs.
Hrs of rest for young person.
How often would i carry out an accomodation inspection and what would i look for?
Had mentioned check provision stores for rodent infestation that led to how to carry out fumigation.
How to conduct an ISPS audit.
When would you exchange DOS.
Tell me about Ballast water management convention.
