KeymasterMaster Unlimited – David Carlisle
Nov 10th, 2025
Experience – Bulk Carrier
1hr 20min
He logged in 10 minutes early and asked if I wanted to start early — so we did. We went through the exam rules: ID check, a quick look around the room, and then moved into some general chat about my last ship and overall experience.
Captain Carlisle is a very down-to-earth gentleman. The orals felt like a conversation most of the time, though he did switch in and out of examiner mode quickly when needed. He’s good at prompting you if he’s looking for something specific, helping guide you in the right direction.
