    I logged in 20 minutes before the exam and he joined about 10mins to 0900 He asked me which exams your appearing right now, then asked about my ship type. He told me that as this exam for chief mates unlimited and for master under 3000 GRT, so in between the orals he will put me as a master for which I will be notify. He said for now you a Chief Officer of a Bulk carrier
    1. You have joined as chief officer and captain has introduced you to the outgoing Chief officer, tell me what documents you will take over form outgoing chief Officer while taking over in the CCR.
    2. How will you prepare your vessel for loading grain. (hold preparation and documents to get from shipper) and What are the Certificates such ship should have onboard.
    3. Cargo figures are not matching, how you will proceed.
    4. What documents you will exchange with shipper in such scenario.
    5. Mater inform you that the vessel schedule for next voyage from Singapore to Antwerp what will be your concern as chief officer for proposed passage.
    6. During voyage cadet is on watch with you, explain to him the limitations of ECDIS.
    7. During voyage received heavy weather warning, what will be your concern as chief officer, how will you prepare the vessel.
    8. During voyage how will you maintain your ships crane

    ROR Situations
    Shows the situations on screen and ROC exists. Take actions accordingly.
    1. PDV on port side crossing from port to Starboard
    2. PDV on starboard side crossing from starboard to port.
    3. Fishing vessel on your port side crossing from port to starboard.
    4. You are on CBD vessel and NUC is crossing from port to starboard
    ROR Situation cards (Smarty Board)

    1. CBD 50m or more in length seen from Stbd side.
