    I was told to assume risk of collision for each situation

    • During day PDV enaged in towing greater than 200m
    • During day Vessel aground right ahead
    • During day PDV >20m crossing TSS from PS
    • During Night NUC not making way dead ahead

    • RV gave me one plot and said action? – commence systematic observation. Second plot – Continue plot. Third plot – Complete plot. Asked me to point out O + A + then gave me W. Vessel was dead ahead over taking situation as below. Asked me what can I do. Then said I have a/c to starboard and vessel is 3nm away and I hear fog signal forward of beam action. Said could it be other vessel? I said no and then he asked me what is range of fog signal?
