Started off with formalities of code of conduct for online exam.
1. What documents you will share with port in your pre-arrival e-mail regarding the health of your ship.
2. What is the validity of ship sanitization certificate.
3. What documents you will share with port regarding security – was looking for last 10 ports call list.
4. What is interval for carrying out security drill.
5. What other occasions (other than above) you will carry out security drill.
6. What is regulation for sulfur content in ECA area.
7. How will you prove to PSC that you comply with ECA regulations.
8. What is in IOPP CERTIFICATE.
9. What is in IAPP certificate. Survey interval for both certificates.
10. IAPP issued under which ANNEX.
11. Where do u find details of oily water separator
12. 12 hours before arrival to port your chief engineer tells you OWS not working. what will be your actions. Talked about informing flag state, owners , next port authorities. Asking for dispensation from flag, risk assessment, corrective action plan.
13. Ok u got dispensation now. you go to next port. Your OWS still not operational. Owners are pushing u to sail out. Mentioned about Masters over ridding authorities.
