    47. Who is give way vessel in this situation?
Vessel abeam or nearly abeam –
said I would avoid an alteration of
    course towards a vessel abeam.
So, I could either A/C to port or
    slow down
    A
    O
    W
What is the other vessel doing?
Vsl crossing – I would avoid an
    alteration of course towards a
vessel abeam or abaft the beam,
so would make a bold a/c to stbd.
Well, I think you have done enough to prove yourself capable. I’m happy to tell you that
you’ve passed. (Very surprised to have no COLREGS, buoys or lights situations)
Big thanks to GMA for the prep and the other candidates on the batch for all the help
    along the way!
