Last Ship: Oil and Chemical Tanker
Result: Pass
I joined 15 minutes before the exam time and there was an issue with my team application and then I
chose to do with Chrome browser. Examiner showed up in time, carried out formalities and code of
conduct for the exam. He asked me what was my last ship and then if you are Ok we will start.
1. Let’s say you pass this exam and Joining back to your last vessel as Master start from the office.
2. What all Certificates (did not mention statutory or non-statutory) will you take over?

IOPP and what form is attached to it

RV Situation
For the first question, he just gave one blip. The rest OA are there and do extend the OA lines to
determine ROC exit or not. Then explain the situation and action. For the Vessel abaft the beam, also
asked what action she can take.
