    Went Wrong as follows :-
    I didn’t mention shutter to fix windshield, didn’t mention I will check chain register for sling did not had color code, I didn’t said chair in paint store I will condemn it, and for radar failure 3/o did not inform master I said it breach of company prodcure n standing order, so I will give formal warning and call for hearing, he said I told u third is good n these is his first time you will no ask him if any thing wrong with him or at his home, grain cargo didn’t mention I will check moisture
