The exam was on Microsoft Teams, with Captain Jobair, he was very polite throughout the exam and didn’t stop me from answering, instead would let me finish and then ask any further questions. It’s a bit blurry now but this is what I remember, my answered were well structured and I covered most points, but in the operations side I was only asked about small number of questions, I expanded on each question asked with all the relevant information, so some of the questions below are part of the answer I gave so Capt Jobair didn’t ask
Also Capt Jobair stressed the importance of Data Protection with the new format and that the MCA will act if they feel that a breach of privacy has been broken between student and Surveyor so be careful on what you upload on social media about the exams being online, don’t take part in online webinars explaining how the exam went and detailing every single minute of it… Ultimately it will bring unwanted attention to yourself. Respect the Surveyors, they’re experienced Captains and people just doing their jobs and don’t appreciate being mugged off.
